Shipping Rates
We ship within North America (Canada and the contiguous United States). To view pricing and place orders, please register or log in.

Minimum order: $200
-First-time orders accepted by Visa or Mastercard only
-Canadian orders are billed in Canadian dollars
-USA and international orders are billed in US dollars
-All customers must provide a valid tax or resale number
-Canadian and US customers will not incur any additional duty or customs charges

International Shipping
We do offer international shipping; however, some restrictions may apply depending on the destination and items ordered. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or additional charges incurred. Please contact us for further information.

Processing & Delivery Times
Most shipments are processed via courier. Once your order is approved, it is processed and shipped within 2–14 business days depending on the season. Orders placed on Fridays are processed the following Monday, as we are closed on weekends. All orders are shipped to a physical address.

Payment approval — including shipping, handling, and any applicable sales tax — is required before an order is shipped. Customers are notified if any items are on backorder or if unforeseen delays occur.
