SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Shipping times may vary based on your location. Shipments are processed via courier and delivered to a physical address. Once an order is approved, it is processed and shipped within 2–14 business days, depending on the season. Please call or email us if you need an order on an urgent basis — a rush fee may apply. Customers are notified in the event of any unforeseen delays.

Orders placed on Fridays are processed the following Monday, as we are closed on weekends.

Payment approval — including shipping, handling charges, and any applicable sales tax — is required prior to shipping.

Returning an Item
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order for a full refund. All damaged items must have a Return Order form completed before being shipped back.

Return Order Email: Please email orderdesk@natures-artifacts.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or disputed item.
Nature's Artifacts is dedicated to your complete satisfaction. We offer exchanges and returns on eligible items within 21 days of the purchase date. Please note that certain rare or one-of-a-kind crystals may be non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on items eligible under the standard refund policy.

If there is any issue with your order, please contact us immediately. Our customer support team will work to resolve the matter promptly. Please do not ship any items back before contacting us, as we need to provide return instructions and issue a Return Order form before a refund can be processed.

Received a damaged or defective item? Missing something from your shipment? Contact us right away and we will provide instructions to make it right. All payments must be received by Nature's Artifacts before any order is activated or shipped. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information.

We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If payment is not completed in full or a credit card transaction is not authorized, the order is subject to cancellation. Nature's Artifacts does not process any orders without a valid payment authorization code.

Refunds are processed once the completed Return Order form has been received and approved by Nature's Artifacts. Any outstanding charges remain the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to the Refund Policy and Shipping Policy sections above for full details. Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account.
